What Is a Traffic Exchange?
Traffic exchanges are online services where web site owners trade traffic. Other members of Monster-Surf will view your web site when you visit the sites of other members.

How Do I Receive Hits?
Before you can receive hits you must fully activate your account. In order to do this you must first have at least one approved page in rotation and must have surfed at least 50 pages within the server day

No Hate, Adult/Porn, Criminal, or other sites deemed inappropriate by Admin. No Auto Play Video- Audio, all sites must have on/off switch!

NOTE - If you have remained a Free Member you are required to Auto Assign at Least 80% of your credits earned surfing to your sites. To do this simply click on the Navigation Menu Button called Auto Assign and type in a number in each appropriate box, making sure they add up to 80% or more.

You are now ready to surf!

When and how do we get paid and what is your minimum?

Minimum Payout is $10.00

You do not need to request commissions - please allow up to 21 days BEFORE contacting the helpdesk

FREE MEMBERS must use commissions earned from cash prizes and incentives to purchase advertising and/or upgrades. Once upgraded you will be eligible for a payout when you meet the current criteria.

May I ask that my earnings be held until I request them?

We do not permit large amounts of cash are accumulated.
The ONLY time we can honor a request to hold earnings are if they are to be used to Upgrade or Purchase Advertising.

Putting Hold in your Payment details is agreeing that this money will be spent "In House"

If you wish to save your cash here for upgrades/advertising just write "HOLD" in front of your payment address

May I Upgrade Using Commissions I Earned Or Cash Prizes I Won From My Surfing?

As soon as you have earned enough for the Upgrade you wish a Pay with Commissions Button will appear.

At times Upgrades and Advertising Packages may be discounted when bought with Commissions. If you do not see the Advertising Package or Upgrade you want to purchase, please contact admin@monster-surf.com with your requirements.

Referral Contest and Bonus Policy
From time to time an additional Cash Bonus may be offered for the recruitment of Active Legitimate Members*. However, due to the large amount of cheating that occurs whenever such rewards are offered, strict guidelines exist to protect all the legitimate members of Monster-Surf

The use of any Program to offer cash rewards for others to activate an account at Monster-Surf is deemed to be cheating.

Only the Incentives offered by Monster-Surf may be advertised.

The new member will also have surfed the minimum required to activate during a 24 hour Server Day.

Members must not falsify their location by use of Proxy IP or editing of Text.
Corporate IP's, dot edu sites, and Internet cafe locations also will make a member ineligible for rewards and may cause their suspension.

*Active Legitimate Members-are defined as members who have surfed at least 50 pages
